Discreet Packaging

EuphoHaze values your privacy and ensures that your order is packaged discreetly in plain envelopes and boxes, resembling everyday mail or packages. The only identifying information on the package is your mailing address and ours. The name “EuphoHaze” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

Domestic Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

  • Delivered in the western United States in 5-8 business days.
  • Delivered in the eastern United States in 10-14 business days exclude Hawaii and Alaska(Those two states will be varied). These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping is available for all destinations, including PO/APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivered in the United States within 3-5 business days.
  • Place your order before 3:15pm (PT) Monday through Friday, and we will process your order the same day. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service.

Special Exceptions

Please note that carriers do not deliver orders on holidays. We account for this when estimating your delivery date, but we cannot predict unexpected delays due to severe weather, shipping delays, or other potential issues.

Uber Same Day Delivery Available Within the Bay Area

We understand that sometimes you need your items quickly. That's why we offer same-day delivery within the Bay Area. This service is available from the South Bay to the Peninsula. Please note that deliveries to San Francisco are limited. We are also working on expanding our warehouses and storage facilities across the United States to extend this service. Please contact customer service for these specific needs.

Please note that this service is more expensive than standard postal shipping.

UPS Overnight with Saturday Delivery

  • Saturday Delivery is available for home delivery in select areas. Additional shipping charges will apply. The Saturday delivery option will appear during the checkout process starting at 3:30pm (PT) Thursday until 4:15pm (PT) on Friday, if available to the delivery address location. Availability dates and times are subject to change based on holidays.

UPS Overnight

  • Delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories in 1 business day via UPS.
  • If you place your order after the 3:15pm (PT) deadline or on a non-business day, we will process it and ship it the next business day. For instance, Sunday orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday.

UPS 2-Day

  • Delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories in 2 business days.
  • If you place your order after the 3:15pm (PT) deadline or on a non-business day, we will process it and ship it the next business day. For instance, Sunday orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Wednesday.

UPS 2-Day and Overnight Exceptions

UPS does not pick up or deliver on US holidays, which may delay your order. This will be noted during checkout and in your online order status.

UPS only delivers to street addresses and not PO/APO/FPO addresses. We offer Postal Priority and Express services for our customers with PO Boxes to help expedite delivery.

UPS requires a signature for orders that include items priced $300 or more, or when orders exceed $500.
